Job Summary

Are you passionate about transforming the future of payments and financial services? We’re looking for a dynamic and commercially minded Manager, Transaction Banking FI Sales to join our team. You’ll lead the global sales execution of Cash, Trade and PrismFX solutions for Financial Institutions, Banks, NBFIs (PayTechs), and PSDOs booked in SCB UK and SCB AG Germany.
This is your opportunity to shape the growth strategy for EUR and GBP markets, foster global client relationships, and represent SCB in key industry events – all while building inclusive partnerships and driving sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and implement FI Sales strategy for Cash, Trade and PrismFX in line with SCB UK and Germany’s business goals.
  • Lead deal pipelines, pricing governance, and support RFI/RFP processes across Europe and beyond.
  • Champion market presence through industry events, client engagement, and partnership building.
  • Build and lead training programs on TB products and client onboarding processes for global sales teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Coverage, Product, Operations, FCC, and Legal to deliver client-centric solutions.
  • Monitor compliance and FCC risks, ensuring strong internal controls and regulatory alignment (BAFIN, UK regulators).
  • Contribute to SCB’s visibility and influence by representing the bank in external conferences and forums.

  • Strong expertise in cross-border payments, transaction banking products, and emerging payment trends.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills with a global mindset.
  • Proven ability to lead, train, and influence diverse teams in a collaborative, multi-cultural environment.
  • Analytical thinker with hands-on problem-solving capability and commercial acumen.
  • Track record in managing complex client solutions across geographies.

Qualifications

  • University degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 5 years in transaction banking sales, preferably in international/regional markets.
  • Experience working with financial institutions, PayTechs, and cross-border payment ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with account onboarding, pricing systems (MTS, GBPS, EBBS), and regulatory frameworks (UK & EU).
