  • Deliver seamless 1st & 2nd line support to traders, providing white-glove service and owning incident resolution end-to-end – no hand-offs.
  • Manage high-end Financial Markets workstations – overseeing hardware, software, OS, and all critical applications.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (vendors, traders, brokers) to ensure rapid, compliant issue resolution.
  • Champion vendor management: challenge inefficiencies, optimize costs, and uphold standards.
  • Own and manage key projects: from new implementations to upgrades, recovery planning, and compliance audits.
  • Maintain strong alignment with Group IT strategies, risk frameworks, and security policies.

Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years in IT support, operations, or project management within wholesale or investment banking.
  • Proven experience in trading floor environments – FX, MM, FI, Commodities, Derivatives.
  • Deep understanding of market data systems, trading voice tech (e.g., IPC/BT etc), and regulatory trading apps.
  • Strong technical foundation across networking, client-server architecture, server/workstation hardware, and Microsoft/Market data systems.
  • German language (nice to have) – English fluent.
  • Natural leader: confident managing vendors, influencing upwards/sideways, and driving change with credibility.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-severity incidents, coordinate across teams, and communicate effectively to diverse stakeholders.

Why join us?

Be part of a mission-critical team powering the Financial Markets front office.
