JOB SUMMARY
The purpose of this role is to support the CFCR team on daily administrative tasks, regulatory inventory analysis., record keeping, tracking of processes, and underlying documentation as well as writing of written ordinance, project support and other tasks. The role also includes process improvements, development and learning as well as quality assurance activities. This should enable the CFCR team to focus and prioritise the tasks required to be performed under the Article 21 ( c ) project.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Business
•    Support the SCB AG’s Compliance Financial Crime and Conduct Risk (CFCR):
a.    in ensuring that administrative processes are being executed with care and diligence.
b.    Drafting and reviewing reports for CFCR stakeholders on current administrative topics.
c.    Development of legal inventory 
d.    Support relevant stakeholders in daily tasks.
e.    Keep track of and provide advice to relevant stakeholders on record keeping.•    Work with the business, Group CFCR and support units to investigate, update and enhancement of status of ongoing processes.
•    Provide input and support in the process of enhancing and developing controls and to support the operation of such enhancements and controls. 
•    Assist in management information (MI) reporting. 
•    Support the unit with finalisation of internal policies/ guidelines and adherence to the internal governance documentation.
•    Project support on Capital Market Union Regulations

Qualifications

•    Studying for bachelor’s or master’s degree in business related field either as Business Administration or Banking Law or similar.
•    Basic Knowledge and / or experience relating to Banking products/industry.
•    Certifications and training, prior experience in data analytics and /or administrative processes would be a strong advantage. 
•    Not must but it would be good to have some basic knowledge on Python or Database creations
