Job Summary
We’re looking for an Associate Relationship Manager to join our Affluent Banking business. In this role, you will manage and grow client portfolios, deepen trusted relationships, and provide financial solutions that empower clients to achieve their goals. You’ll bring together expertise in banking, sales, and client service to deliver seamless experiences while upholding the highest ethical and regulatory standards.
You will also play a key role in promoting digital engagement through the Straight2Bank platform and identifying opportunities to grow revenue through working capital, trade, and foreign exchange solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and strengthen client relationships through regular engagement and portfolio reviews.
• Provide tailored financial advice, market insights, and investment recommendations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
• Drive onboarding of New-to-Bank (NTB) clients and promote trade and FX bundle opportunities.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities across Wealth and Retail Banking solutions.
• Encourage digital adoption and activate clients on the Straight2Bank platform.
• Monitor account performance, ensuring compliance and optimal service standards.
• Contribute to revenue and productivity targets through effective portfolio management.

Qualifications
• Proven experience in relationship management within banking or financial services.
• Understanding of affluent banking products, including deposits, loans, trade, investments, and insurance.
• Ability to structure solutions that balance client needs, business risk, and profitability.
• Consistent record of achieving or exceeding sales and performance targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust.
• Required investment and insurance certifications/licenses as per regulations.
