Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for procuring new business through customer acquisition and managing relationships with existing customers, focusing on core banking products such as CASA (Current Account Savings Account), FX (Foreign Exchange), and FD (Fixed Deposits). This role involves providing sound financial advice and customized solutions in accordance with the bank's standards and industry regulations


The Relationship Manager will deliver client satisfaction by offering tailored solutions that align with client objectives and resolving service issues promptly. They will also be responsible for growing a portfolio of high net worth clients through strong relationship-building and networking efforts. Additionally, the role includes conducting financial portfolio management, ensuring compliance with all processes, policies, and working instructions, and contributing ideas for continuous improvement and success.

Key Responsibilities

•    This role involves overseeing deposit products, optimizing deposit strategies, managing relationships with commercial clients, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
•    Develop strategies to attract new commercial clients and expand existing relationships.
•    Identify opportunities to cross-sell deposit-related services to commercial clients.
•    Monitor and report on the performance of the deposit portfolio, including growth, profitability, and market trends
•    Provide sound financial advice and dispensing customized solutions in alignment with the bank's standards and industry regulations;
•    Deliver client satisfaction through tailored solutions according to client objectives and service issue resolution;
•    Conduct financial portfolio management for clients through quality advice and recommendations with a suite of banking solutions. Ensure compliance at all times – process, policy and working instruction
•    Constitute idea and suggestion for improvement and success
•    Achieve quarterly target 

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in relationship management, preferably within the banking sector.
  • Strong knowledge of banking products, especially CASA, FX, and FD.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to provide sound financial advice and customized solutions.
  • Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships with high net worth clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve targets and drive business growth.
  • High level of integrity and adherence to compliance standards.
