Job Summary

  • Support onshore Operations Management team in driving transformation and strategic planning agenda
  • Analyse data to draw meaningful insights in cost and productivity, identify opportunities in efficiency and digitalization within policy framework and risk appetite
  1. Overall WRB Ops budget utilization, cost efficiencies and productivity
  2. Monitoring Ops team’s productivity & TAT purposes:
  3. Mortgage reports to track Application Status
  4. Credit Card, Personal Loan to track Application Status
  5. BIL, GIL to track Application Status
  6. CDD to track Review Status (e.g. Overdue)
  • Ensure timely and accurate MI report, collaborate and support business need
  • Develop home-brew end-user computing applications as quick wins for operation units to achieve efficiency save with balance in risk mitigation in C#, VBA and macro
  • Explore market insights with technologies and innovative ideas to support efficiency opportunities such as digitalisation, system and process improvement
  • To collaborate with different teams to ensure successful implementation of various system, application or project

Qualifications

  • Solid hands-on experience in SAS is preferred. Or SQL, Python.
  • Solid knowledge and experience on Business Intelligence tools e.g. MSTR, or Tableau, Power BI
  • Excellent problem-solving and English communication skills. Cantonese speaking is a plus
  • Experience in leading / participating Agile or project management / delivery is a plus. 
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Thorough knowledge of data security, privacy and compliance regulations
  • Service-oriented with positive attitude.
