Job Summary

•    Degree holder or equivalent
•    Solid working experience in Retail, SME, Wealth and Private Banking 
•    Experience in Risk, Control & Governance, Operations or Credit Operations function is an advantage
•    Good speaking and writing in English
•    Fluent speaking in Mandarin and Cantonese 
•    Good judgement, problem solving and negotiation skill, ability to work under pressure and independent
•    A team-player with good communication and interpersonal skills
•    Good computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Key Responsibilities

Business

•    Responsible to check the control effectiveness through the execution of correspondence assurance review (i.e. Control Sampling Testing, Key Control Indicator, Quality Assurance)
•    Identify and follow up the non-compliance/exception with the respective processing team to ensure the appropriate improvement/remediation actions have been timely taken
•    Report any non-compliance/exception in the risk repository system (i.e. M7) on timely basis
•    Conduct the respective surveillance monitoring and checking via call monitoring, voice log review etc to identify any irregularity    
•    Escalate the irregularity to the respective team for taking necessary investigation / remediation on timely basis
•    Identify any process gaps against the correspondence assurance/surveillance review and escalate to the team for further necessary action (i.e. revise the process, update the assurance review etc).
