Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Head of AI Integrations with over 15 years. This critical role involves managing the seamless integration of data and AI workflows, ensuring robust, scalable, and ethical implementations. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of data management, AI solutions, and integration processes, coupled with strong leadership and strategic vision to drive the organization's data and AI initiatives forward.

Key Responsibilities

Data and Integrations Team Management:
•    Feature Store:
•    Oversee the development and maintenance of a centralized feature store.
•    Enterprise VectorDB and Search Engine:
•    Manage the implementation, integration and maintenance of enterprise VectorDB and search engine capabilities.
•    API Interfaces and Gateway Integrations:
•    Ensure integration of API interfaces and gateway solutions to facilitate data flow and accessibility.
•    ETL Templates:
•    Develop and enforce standardized ETL templates to streamline data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
•    External Data Sourcing:
•    Manage the sourcing and integration of external data to enhance data diversity and model accuracy.
•    Process integration Applications:
•    Develop and maintain onboarding applications for users, ensuring integration with bank’s internal processes. This includes Identity and Access Management (IDAM) integrations, data and model catalog integrations, and API gateways.

Qualifications

•    Education:
•    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
•    Experience:
•    15+ years of experience in data management, AI/ML, or a related field, with a proven track record of leading and managing cross-functional teams.
•    Skills:
•    Deep expertise in data integration, ETL processes, and API management.
•    Strong proficiency in AI/ML model production.
•    Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
•    Familiarity with AI observability tools and metrics.
•    Familiarity with VectorDBs and enterprise search tools.
