IAM Governance:

- Create and maintain clear, comprehensive documentation of IAM processes, policies, and procedures.
- Disseminate this information effectively to relevant stakeholders (end-users, IT teams, management) through training sessions, presentations, and knowledge bases.
- Develop and implement processes for creating, modifying, and terminating user accounts across various systems.
- Design, manage, and improve lifecycle management processes of enterprise identities.
- Implement and enforce Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls to prevent conflicts of interest and fraud.
- Monitor compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements (e.g., MAS, PDPA), and industry standards.
- Streamline onboarding and offboarding workflows to ensure timely access provisioning and de-provisioning.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance identity lifecycle processes to improve efficiency and security.
- Identify and remediate potential access-related risks to IT assets and projects.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) Process:

- Grant or revoke access to systems and data based on employee role changes, transfers, or terminations.
- Conduct periodic access reviews to verify that users have the appropriate level of access.
- Perform review of access roles based on IAM framework and standards as part of IT risk assessments for IT assets and projects.
- Evaluate access roles and permissions to ensure they align with established IAM frameworks and industry best practices.

Privileged Access Review (PAR):

- Coordinate and perform regular reviews of privileged accounts to ensure access levels are appropriate and necessary.
- Export and analyze logs of privileged access activities for anomalies or unauthorized actions.
- Collaborate with system owners to validate the necessity of privileged access and adjust permissions accordingly.
- Implement processes and controls for managing and monitoring privileged accounts.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with privileged access.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements regarding privileged access management.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to privileged access management processes and procedures.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of privileged access management tools and solutions.

IAM Security Incidents, Troubleshooting, and Support:

- Investigate and resolve security incidents such as unauthorized access attempts, compromised accounts, or data breaches.
- Implement preventive measures to mitigate future risks and enhance overall IAM security posture.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries about access requests, password resets, system issues, and IAM policies.
- Troubleshoot access problems and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams for resolution.

IAM Project Management:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams (IT, Security, HR, etc.) to plan, execute, and oversee IAM projects like implementing new access control systems, integrating identity solutions, or conducting access reviews.
- Track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, ensure adherence to timelines and budgets, and report on project status to stakeholders.

Skills and Experience

  • Cyber Security    
  • CISSP    
  • CIAM

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of Cyber Security experience with at least 2 years in Identity and Access Management.
  • CISSP, CIAM, or similar professional certifications will be advantageous.
  • Must understand or have knowledge of "Least Privileged" access management methodology.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with technical and executive audiences, both orally and in writing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify risks and propose solutions.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders to achieve common goals.
  • Knowledge and Exposure in the Following Areas are an Advantage:
  • Privileged access management.
  • Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure.
  • Sumologic Analytics and Dashboarding
  • AWS Lambda
  • Microsoft Active Directory, databases, and UNIX systems.
  • Ability to develop scripts to retrieve data for business-as-usual (BAU) work and automate processes.
