Job Summary
The RATAN team requires a Developer Manager to support complex technical deliveries, business demands and the requirements management process. This is a critical project role that incorporates many deliverables.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Senior Developer Manager with a track record of 12 + years in delivering, complex Java based project outcomes. The successful candidate is expected to:
Responsibilities:
• Accountable for managing RATAN team member who base in GZ to ensure the company policies be complied with.
• Accountable for Ratan several squads team’s delivery in GZ
• Work with an Agile team to develop, test and maintain applications
• Assist in the collection and documentation of user’s requirements, development of user stories and estimates
• Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software
• Work with databases, software algorithms and pattern design
• Design, develop and unit test applications in accordance with established standards
• Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code
• Package and support deployment of releases
• Develop, refine and tune integrations between applications
• Track and maintain code coverage system performance and system security
• Contribute to design and implementation of application integration solutions
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology from a top tier university
• More than 12 years of experience with Java/J2EE development experience
• 20 + size team management experience.
• Project management relate experience.
• Excellent in communicating and presenting technology topics
• Understanding of financial market and FX, Money Market, FX Options, Rates Derivatives, Commodities domain.
• Apache Camel, Kafaka, Active MQ, Rabbit MQ , Rule Engine and so on
• Practical experience on Microservice implementation.
• Spring Framework stack – Spring Web MVC, Spring Batch, Spring Integration, Spring Boot, Spring cloud .
• Practical experience on distribute system.
• Performance engineering of Java applications
• DevOps – Tools and Techniques
• Proxy, Reverse-Proxy and Content Delivery Networks (CDN)
• Single-page applications
• Docker & K8S
• Product design skills & Marketing skills
Key Responsibilities
• Solid database experience. Familiarity with database platforms, both SQL (Oracle, Sybase) or NoSQL (Cassandra, HBASE, MongoDb) and common database design patterns.
• Skilled in pattern design and analytical thinking
• Strong domain knowledge of Agile and its processes
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Experience in developing robust, distributed, scalable, high production quality applications.
• Experience with picking and applying good software practices like test driven development, continuous integration and continuous delivery
• Ability to work in a variety of client settings and in a team orientated collaborative environment.
Desirable Technical Skills – but not mandatory
• Financial Markets knowledge
• AGILE development and DevOps
• Understanding of Jenkins and cloud-based solutions
• Cross functional experience such as business analysis, development will be a bonus
