Job Summary
• Provide comprehensive support to the Financial Markets Replatforming Program (FMRP), focusing on the market risk platform covering VaR, FRTB, sensitivities, stress testing, P&L attribution, and related components. Responsibilities include gathering and validating requirements, analysing upstream and downstream impacts, and partnering with technology teams to design and implement necessary enhancements or changes.
• Lead and support the full FIT and UAT testing cycles by preparing detailsed test scenarios, coordinating with testers and stakeholders, tracking and managing defects, and ensuring timely resolution. Drive stakeholders engagement to secure formal sign-off once all acceptance criteria and risk controls are met.
• Support migration testing by working closely with cross-functional teams to validate data readiness, verify migration results, and ensure platform functionality and reporting integrity post-migration.
• Coordinate and manage change activities across all impacted teams, ensuring clear communication, alignment with project timelines, proper documentation, and adherence to governance standards.
• Maintain detailed project documentations (ADO and Confluence pages) and handle administrative tasks, including preparing status reports, tracking change logs, organizing meetings, and ensuring that all project artifacts are complete and up-to-date.

Stress Testing assesses the resilience of our portfolio and resources against possible future scenarios. The role core part of Market Risk Stress Testing platform building on stated Strategy.
Business
• Focuses on Market Risk Management, the Role will build tools as Business Analyst to aid Risk Managers capability to assess Risks of shock scenarios. You will join as a Business Analyst in a wider Team of analysts responsible for Platform upkeep and Upgrades while focused on Stress Testing. You will build your digital skills, adaptability, and leadership necessary to be future-ready. Working closely with experts across the Financial Markets Technology stack, you will perform business analysis for FM Stress Testing, Risk and Valuations delivery as well as ongoing Business Support and KTLO. You will also actively engage with the development teams to build code driven, dynamic and automated documentation wherever possible. Being part of a Change-The-Bank team, this role requires out-of-the-box, creative thinking, problem solving skills and an ability to embrace and drive change.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the Financial Markets Replatforming Program (FMRP) with end-to-end business analysis for the market risk platform, covering VaR, FRTB, sensitivities, stress testing, P&L attribution, and related risk components.
• Gather, validate, and document business and technical requirements, assess upstream/downstream impacts, and collaborate with technology teams to design and implement required changes.
