Job Summary
Overview
We are seeking a technically strong Machine Learning Engineer to develop and operationalize data-driven and AI-driven solutions. The role requires hands-on engineering capability across model development, data pipelines, and production deployment, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams and deliver reliable ML systems at scale.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in building and evaluating machine learning models using Python and standard ML libraries.
• Support data preparation activities, including data cleaning, feature engineering, and exploratory analysis.
• Implement model training scripts, experiment tracking, and basic ML pipelines under guidance.
• Contribute to deploying models into test or production environments using cloud services, APIs, or containerized workflows.
• Participate in code reviews, documentation updates, and adherence to engineering best practices.
• Conduct research and coding on new ML/GenAI techniques, frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex) and APIs (e.g., GPT, Claude)
• Collaborate with data engineers, product teams, and domain experts to translate requirements into deployable ML solutions.
• Integrate models into production environments (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker, cloud platforms) and ensure performance, reliability, and observability.
• Conduct model diagnostics, bias and drift analysis, and apply MLOps/LLMOps best practices.
• Maintain clear documentation, coding standards, and reproducibility across the ML lifecycle.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related technical field.
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow) and GenAI APIs/tools.
• Understanding of supervised/unsupervised learning, model evaluation, and statistical concepts.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and data manipulation.
• Familiarity with Git, APIs, and containerization concepts (Docker is a plus).
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn from senior team members.
