Job Summary

Overview
•    We are seeking a highly capable Senior Full-Stack Developer to design, build, and scale AI-enabled applications and platforms. The role requires deep experience across modern frontend and backend technologies, strong software engineering fundamentals, and the ability to integrate Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG pipelines, agent frameworks, and data services into production-grade systems. You will work closely with product owners, ML engineers, and platform teams to deliver secure, reliable, and high-performance AI solutions.

Responsibilities
•    Design, develop, and maintain Python/JS-based AI applications in production. Implement and optimize data processing (e.g., data validation and transformation) pipelines using pandas and numpy. Build and maintain the model library (python library). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and refine project requirements.
•    Create efficient database schemas, queries, and data models. Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing applications.
•    Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies 

Technical Requirements
•    Python or JS (react/next.js) Proficiency: Strong expertise in Python/JS programming language. 
•    Web Application Development: Experience in building Python-based web applications using frameworks like streamlit, graido, Flask, react. Knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, react) for web application integration. Lead the development of LLM-powered features such as chat interfaces, workflow agents, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and analytics dashboards.
•    python library Development: Demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and maintaining python library. Knowledge of best practices for API security and versioning.
•    Database Management: Proficiency in database design, SQL, and database management systems. Experience with relational databases and NoSQL databases is a plus.
•    Data Processing and Analysis and Validation: familiar with data manipulation, transformation, and analysis using Python libraries. Ability to develop and optimize data processing pipelines for efficiency.
•    Version Control: Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
•    Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Capability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in existing applications.

•    Technical Documentation: Ability to create clear and concise technical documentation for code and systems.
•    Data Visualization: Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Plotly, or D3.js.
•    Cloud Services: Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is a plus.
•    Agile Development: Experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments.
•    CI/CD: Knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools for automated testing and deployment, in particular in Azure DevOps.
•    Teamwork and Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
•    Continuous Learning: Willingness and enthusiasm for staying updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
•    (optional) data analytics and/or data science experiences.

Qualifications

•    Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or a related field.
•    Proven experience as a Python backend and/or JS frontend Developer, with at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
•    Experience in building Python-based web applications using gradio, Flask or similar frameworks.
•    Familiarity with RESTful API design and implementation.
•    Proficiency in database design and SQL, with experience in relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
•    Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Plotly) is a plus.
•    Familiarity with LLMs, RAG, LangChain/LlamaIndex, or agentic frameworks and experience integrating AI into applications.
•    Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
•    Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
•    Ability to adapt to fast-paced development cycles and changing project priorities.
