Job Summary
• Support the team to design the frontline scorecard and incentive scheme to drive the desired behaviour and outcome with relevant measurement and within budget.
• Support the team to actively communicate with on the design of scorecard & incentive scheme to ensure buy-in and clear understanding from the stakeholders.
• Support the team to collaborate with stakeholders to drive flawless end-to-end implementation of the scorecard & incentive scheme under the Group/ Country required operating rhythm and ensure full compliance of WRB incentive schemes with internal and external related policies and guidelines.
• Support the team to design and implement an end-to-end solution on sales performance measurement to enable accurate and timely incentive payout working in partnership with related stakeholders.
• Support the team to develop sales campaigns with cross-functionalities for customers retention, acquisition, cross-selling, up-selling and loyalty to maximize return on investments.
• Support the team to implement and evaluate of sales campaigns including broadcast, tracking and organizing on site events.
• Support the team in the logistical of the sales campaign reward including engaging vendors, SCM and organizing on local and overseas on-site events which including sales awards presentation, recognition dinners, transportation and team building activities etc.
• Support the team to collaborate with stakeholders to allocate the various business targets of different time frame into different teams/ individual levels with sound and fair rationale, supported by solid simulation/ back-testing results.
Qualifications
• Strong sales and/or marketing experience in retail bank of financial institutions with minimum 3 years of experience.
• Relevant experience in the areas of business intelligence, data-warehousing and performance management. Strong technical skills and interest on financial modelling and scenario analysis.
• Details oriented, be able to perform as “checkers” of data reports.
• Ability to work towards tight deadlines and under pressure.
• Critical thinking and analytical skills in driving insights from numbers.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Strong computer skills of Excel and PowerPoint. Working experience with SAS or SQL is must
