JOB SUMMARY
Job Description:
• As a strategic and result-driven leader in operational excellence and change management delivery.
• Collaborate with different stakeholders (e.g. Operations, Businesses, locally and Group stakeholders), provide timely, professional analysis including MIS reports to facilitate, support business needs
• Strong analytical mindset with solid problem-solving skills and ability to analyses complex data, identify core issues and investigate, evaluate and conclude with solution recommendations
• Work with teams locally and Group to ensure the successful implementation of various systems and projects
• Share knowledge and good practice, work collaboratively with different parties to create a productive, diverse and supportive working environment
• Adhere to policy, procedures and control requirements applicable to day-to-day working, exceptional and project activities
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or above
• At least 10 years of solid data analytics skill, hands-on experience in SAS, SQL, Python, Tableau and Power BI.
• Experience in process, project and change management
• Experience in automation delivery and CDD knowledge will be added advantage
• Work independently, self-motivate, organize, ability in multi-tasking and problem solving
• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
