We’re seeking a talented and dynamic MarTech Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our marketing technology stack, performing digital data tagging QA and ensuring seamless integration to deliver the best customer experience and drive effective marketing campaigns.
Role Overview:
As a MarTech Analyst at TrustBank, you will be at the heart of our digital marketing and analytics initiatives. You’ll work with a talented team to optimize our marketing technology stack, ensure data quality and accuracy, and leverage the power of digital analytics to improve our customer experience. Your insights will help shape marketing campaigns, enhance user engagement, and drive conversions across our mobile app and website platforms.
You’ll be part of an agile team focused on continuous innovation, and you’ll have the opportunity to make a direct impact on TrustBank's marketing success through your expertise in digital data, user behavior analysis, and MarTech optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Technology Stack Management:
o Evaluate, implement, and optimize marketing technology solutions that drive campaign performance and efficiency.
o Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Analytics, IT) to integrate tools such as Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, BigQuery, and LookerStudio into our existing MarTech ecosystem.
o Continuously monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance the marketing tech stack to ensure optimal performance.
Data Analysis & Insights:
o Analyze large datasets from various digital marketing platforms to derive actionable insights.
o Generate comprehensive reports on key performance metrics (KPIs), user behavior, and campaign effectiveness.
o Use LookerStudio for advanced data visualization, creating real-time dashboards that deliver actionable insights to stakeholders and support data-driven decision-making.
Campaign Optimization & A/B Testing:
o Collaborate with the marketing team to design, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns using data-driven insights.
o Lead A/B testing and other optimization strategies to improve the performance of campaigns across multiple channels.
o Recommend strategies to enhance engagement, retention, and conversion based on detailed performance analysis.
User Segmentation & Targeting:
o Leverage marketing technology platforms to identify key customer segments for personalized campaigns.
o Use data insights to target specific audiences with tailored messaging, improving customer engagement and driving higher retention rates.
o Support the creation of personalized journeys that enhance the overall user experience.
Digital Analytics & User Behavior Analysis:
o Conduct in-depth analysis using Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, and BigQuery to understand user behavior and app/web performance.
o Provide actionable insights to improve the app and website user experience and optimize conversion rates.
o Track, analyze, and report on customer journeys to uncover areas for optimization.
• Tagging & Data Quality Assurance:
o Implement and manage effective tagging strategies for TrustBank’s digital assets across mobile apps and websites.
o Conduct thorough data quality assurance to ensure accuracy and reliability of marketing data, ensuring all digital assets are tagged correctly for consistent tracking.
Collaboration & Training:
o Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth integration and utilization of MarTech tools and processes.
o Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to stakeholders and team members on marketing technology best practices, tools, and processes.
Stay Ahead of Industry Trends:
o Keep up with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, analytics, and MarTech.
o Proactively recommend new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance TrustBank’s marketing efforts and align with emerging business goals
Skills and Experience
Education & Experience:
o Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Technology, or a related field.
o 2-4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, marketing technology, data analysis, or user experience.
o Familiarity with Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, BigQuery, LookerStudio, and data tagging best practices.
Technical & Analytical Skills:
o Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
o Proficiency in data tagging and ensuring data accuracy and integrity across digital marketing platforms.
o Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and AppsFlyer, with the ability to perform in-depth analysis of user behavior and campaign performance.
o Experience with BigQuery and LookerStudio for data visualization and reporting.
• Problem-Solving & Communication:
o Strong problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
o Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
