Job Summary

Strategy
Maintain awareness and understanding of the Group's business strategy and model appropriate to the role.  Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives that support the Group's business goals. 

Business
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the wider business, economic, and market environment in which the Group operates.  Contribute to the achievement of business and financial objectives through effective software development and implementation. 

Processes
Execute and supervise the software development lifecycle processes. Ensure that development activities are aligned with the Group's operational risk framework. 

People & Talent
Lead by example and foster a culture that aligns with the organization's values and goals. Ensure continuous training and development for team members. Provide input on talent management and succession planning. Stay informed about team structure and capacity plans.

Risk Management
Identify and mitigate risks associated with the development and implementation of software solutions. Act as the risk control owner under the Group's Risk Management Framework. 

Governance
Ensure adherence to the Group's governance frameworks, including processes and policies, in all development activities. Assess the effectiveness of governance, oversight, and control arrangements within the development team.
