Job Summary
Strategy
• DQ controls monitoring implementation across FM Data and Regulatory reporting
• Responsible for creating lineages, Data handshakes & controls, define and maintain Metadata.
• Responsible for sprint management, backlog management, iteration planning for delivery.
• Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
• Coordinate and support development, testing, UAT and UVT.
• Communicate with stakeholders on plan and progress of user stories
• Coordinate with stakeholders and guide team to delivery as per requirements .
• Responsible for end to end delivery of changes/enhancements.
• Providing support during production release & high severity incident

Skills and Experience
• 10-12 years of professional experience with at least 8 year of a focus on data quality framework
• Thorough knowledge of data quality with data lineage, data models, interfaces, meta data management
• Able to understand and work on Metadata management tools (Rosetta, MDM). Having Neo4J experience is an advantage
• Ability to analyze data lineage, data quality governance, best practices for data quality resolution.
• Working knowledge of data policy, data governance and data dictionaries is mandatory.
• Proficient in Investment Banking products, Domain and Trade life cycle
• Very good communication skills - a team player that enjoy interacting with people of all levels in a multicultural environment.
• Proven problem-solving Soft Skills – Communication, Teamwork and ability to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in deliveries using Agile methodology.
• Demonstrable experience of working with multiple teams across locations
• knowledge in operating model design and implementation
