The Data Solution Service Team supports the enterprise data and AI platform for the country, covering platform engineering, business application development, operations, and production support. We are a dynamic team of experts in infrastructure, full-stack development, data engineering and data management & operations. Together, we build and support a robust data and AI platform , solve complex business challenges, and continuously evolve in a fast-changing technological landscape. What We Are Looking For:
We are seeking an AI/LLM Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on building and optimizing AI/LLM pipelines, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI, and some model fine-tuning. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AI/LLM technologies and a passion for solving complex problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize AI/LLM pipelines, including RAG and Agentic AI frameworks.
- Fine-tune pre-trained models to improve performance.
- Collaborate with data engineers and scientists to integrate AI/LLM solutions.
- Conduct experiments and evaluations to measure model effectiveness.
- Document processes and workflows for transparency.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Junior: 1–3 years of experience in AI/LLM development.
- Senior: 5+ years of experience in AI/LLM development.
- Strong expertise in Python, RAG, Agentic AI, and AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Familiarity with distributed computing and cloud platforms.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- English Proficiency: Strong reading and writing skills required.
