Job Summary
• Provide local support application for cash management systems.
• Trouble shooting and solve the production issue, or coordinate the resolution with local and regional teams / or external vendor
• To conduct the root cause analysis and to identify the permanent solution
• Response to user requests, incidents and problem on a timely manner
• Communicate and provide status updates to business user and other stakeholders
• Escalate issues in an effective manner, ensure issues are reported, tracked timely
• Raise incident and work closely with incident manager for production problem
• Implement the release and fix for the production and non-production applications
• Support change management process and application delivery
• Support Disaster Recovery Test, live-play and business continuity activities
• Perform the BAU monitoring on the applications, keep enhance the rules and controls of the monitoring tools, ensure the monitoring is always sufficient.
• Document operation guide/ procedures, contribute to knowledgebase and cross train to other members
Key Responsibilities
• Bachelor’s degree or above with IT background
• A background in banking, especially on cash management systems
• Strong stills on application support
• Strong knowledge on MS SQL server, Oracle, MQ, JBoss, Tomcat, WebSphere, monitoring tools, Linux / AIX
• Good understanding of change, incident, problem management methodologies
• Good understanding of IT risk and security
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Trouble shooting and problem solving
