Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team, focusing on T&O hiring. The successful candidate will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top talent to support the growth and success of our T&O division.

RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract high-caliber candidates for T&O roles.
•    Partner with T&O business leaders and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
•    Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
•    Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, networking events, and employee referrals.
•    Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
•    Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
•    Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment strategies.
•    Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and T&O hiring.

Skills and Experience

•    Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on T&O or similar roles.
•    Strong understanding of T&O sectors.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
•    Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
•    Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

  • EDUCATION     Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
