Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service.
- Address client concerns promptly and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up on unresolved issues.
- Ensure effective servicing and address clients related to statements , wealth related queries, portfolio statements etc.
- Liaising with internal teams – SME ( ME + Lib) to fulfil any client document related deficiency.
- Completion of investments KTC for clients on relevant portals .
Operational Support
- Coordination for the On-boarding/ setting-up of new accounts/ investments accounts ( entities + individual) for SME clients and their promoters.
- Booking of business – MI and Insurance on the respective portals
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, regulatory requirements, and AML/KYC norms.
- Coordinate with the Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of banking operations.
- Interacting with third party providers/ Wealth team in case of Insurer related queries/ status checks
- Raise call backs where applicable for Insurance cases/ Monitor case movements – all SME channels including BIL and LAP
- BIL/LAP loan attachments – monitor end to end TATs
Risk Management and Compliance
- Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to banking guidelines.
- Mitigate risks by identifying fraudulent activities and escalating suspicious transactions.
- Stay updated with regulatory changes and ensure implementation in day-to-day operations.

Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of retail banking products (accounts,loans, deposits, insurance, investments).
- Proficiency in using banking software/ application and CEMS systems.

- Problem-solving abilities to address client queries effectively.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions and documentation.
- Client-focused attitude with a proactive approach to relationship building.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualifications
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields (MBA preferred).
Work Experience:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in retail banking preferably in priority banking.
- Proven track record in client relationship management
- Prior experience in wealth or priority banking is required.
