Description

Handle day to day Supervisory Service Operations, ensure to comply with established procedures, regulations, laws and Group’s principles

Coordinate with the Fund Management Company to review fund documents (Fund Charter, Fund Prospectus, Valuation Manual...) to ensure compliance with prevailing regulations as maker

Supervise the NAV valuation, check and ensure that the net asset value per fund certificate is correct, accurate and in accordance with the provisions of law and the Fund Charter as maker

Supervise investment activities and asset transactions of the fund to ensure compliance with the provisions of law and the Fund Charter as maker

Supervise, ensure legality and ensure all payments from the fund's assets are in accordance with the law and the provisions of the Fund's Charter

Validate NAV reports, investment activities, and investment portfolio of the fund prepared by the fund management company as maker

Description

Confirm the cash amount received from each investor to subscribe the fund certificates to the Fund Management Company, Distribution Agent or relevant service providers

Perform compliance monitoring of investment limits for each NAV cycle based on results from the Compliance Monitoring System operated by the Group's Business Processing Center as maker

Fulfill reporting obligations to regulators and notify the Fund Management Company according to prevailing regulations

Ensure timely response to customers’ inquiries related to Supervisory Services; provide quality service to customers

Handle and promptly escalate to management related to issues arising during the operations of Supervisory Services

Always update changes in current legal and market regulations to ensure compliance with current legal requirements and the Group's internal policies and regulations

Description

Contribute opinions and observations to update internal processes of Supervisory Services operations to ensure proper implementation

Ensure timely delivery of report to clients within the agreed deadline and periodic reports within the timeline stipulated in prevailing regulations.

Be cost effective; optimise utilisation of resources

Perform gap analysis in process whenever there is new regulations as assigned by Functional lead;

Support function manager on internal and external audit work for audit purpose; ensure function’s compliance to Group’s policies, procedures and local regulatory requirements (KCI, CST, KCSA and internal and external audits requirements);

Actively provide initiatives to improve Supervisory Services Operational process

Long Description

Provide positive feedback to clients on areas for improvement with the aim of strengthening client relationship.

Fully understand and comply with Group Securities Services policies and local regulatory requirements and embed it in BAU and appropriately discharge duties as per Group Policies and Local regulations.

Ensure compliance to all established procedures, regulations, and Group Securities Services policy guide.

Be able to recognise implication of changes of regulations or market practices and take appropriate measures to keep the bank and clients informed and to protect their interest

Skills and Experience

At least 1 year working experience in fund administration industry or at least 2 years working experience in the banking industry.

Fluency in MS office

Broad knowledge of banking operation and banking practice. 

Thorough knowledge of fund administration process and industry accounting standards or finance knowledge. 

Understanding on Vietnam securities market

Ability to handle variety of fast changing situations in terms of work pressure and clients’ requirements. 

Strong inter-personal and communication skills.

Strong analytical and procedural skills.
