Role Overview

As an Associate Director, Senior Relationship Manager at Standard Chartered, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and managing significant client relationships to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Candidate Profile

We seek candidates who demonstrate a robust track record in relationship management within the banking or financial services sectors, preferably with experience in corporate banking or wealth management targeting high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.

  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in financial \ Banking products, risk management, Network developmen, B2B sales and tregulatory frameworks relevant to Viet Nam’s market, combined with the ability to rapidly acquire new technical competencies tailored to evolving client requirements.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills with internal stakeholders to craft innovative solutions, aligned with the bank's vision, while fostering a culture of trust and inclusion.
  • Customer Centricity: A genuine customer focus with an ability to understand diverse client needs and deliver clarity and guidance that enhance the client experience and establish long-term partnerships.
  • Resilience and Adaptability: Comfort with ambiguity and change, demonstrating courage and sound decision-making even in complex or uncertain situations.
