Title: Senior Manager, Supervisory Services Operations (Hanoi location)

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the daily operations of Supervisory Services, ensuring adherence to established procedures, regulations, laws, and the principles of the Group.
Conduct compliance monitoring of investment limits for each NAV cycle based on results from the Compliance Monitoring System managed by the Group's Business Processing Center
Collaborate with the Fund Management Company to examine fund documents (such as the Fund Charter, Fund Prospectus, Valuation Manual, etc.) to guarantee compliance with current regulations
Supervise the NAV valuation process, verifying that the net asset value per fund certificate is accurate, correct, and aligned with legal provisions and the Fund Charter
Monitor investment activities and asset transactions of the fund to ensure compliance with legal provisions and the Fund Charter
Ensure the legality of all payments made from the fund's assets, confirming they comply with the law and the Fund's Charter
Validate NAV reports, investment activities, and the investment portfolio prepared by the fund management company
Confirm the cash amounts received from each investor subscribing to the fund certificates to the Fund Management Company, Distribution Agent, or relevant service providers
Meet reporting obligations to regulators and inform the Fund Management Company according to applicable regulations
Ensure timely response to customers’ inquiries related to Supervisory Services; provide quality service to customers;
Handle and promptly escalate to management related to issues arising during the operations of Supervisory Services;
Always update changes in current legal and market regulations to ensure compliance with current legal requirements and the Group's internal policies and regulations;
Review and update internal processes of Supervisory Services operations to ensure proper implementation;
Ensure timely delivery of report to clients within the agreed deadline and periodic reports within the timeline stipulated in prevailing regulations.
Be cost effective; optimise utilisation of resources
Perform gap analysis in process whenever there is new regulations as assigned by Functional lead;
Support function manager on internal and external audit work for audit purpose; ensure function’s compliance to Group’s policies, procedures and local regulatory requirements (KCI, CST, KCSA and internal and external audits requirements);
Actively provide initiatives to improve Supervisory Services Operational process
Cooperate with Functional Lead to deliver Supervisory Services Operations strategy & mission
Skills and Experience
- 4 or 5 years of experience in Compliance advisory/consulting for Securities firms or Funds
- Additional knowledge of product, fund administration process or accounting standards/ finance knowledge would be an advantage
- Ability to handle variety of fast changing situations in terms of work pressure and clients’ requirements.
- Ability to work independently and lead a small team
- Ability to work under pressure
- Helpful and willing to go extra mile
