Title: Senior Officer, Central Support

Job Summary
• Member of Governance & Central Support team handling tasks related to central support, including reconciliation, data initiative, eInvoice and CDL BAU, project support and other tasks on assignment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy
• Awareness and understanding of the Group’s business strategy and model appropriate to the role.
• Understanding reporting requirement and the group reporting policy and procedure.
Business
• Support T&O initiatives in process automation and improvement and ensure they are represented effectively.
• Establish partnership with Operations teams, Business and proactively take actions for resolving risk/operational issues.
• Proactively handle other central support tasks.
Processes
• Handling data related tasks, including data governance, working with CDL related tasks and support to handle queries, requests from Business/Functions regarding CDL on behalf of CDL owner.
• Support eInvoice BAU.
• Perform other tasks on assignment.
People & Talent
• Organise and deliver training to team members on work related subjects to ensure a robust back-up within the team.
• Support to develop talent in team, maintain strong teamwork and collaboration, create a good, healthy working environment.
• Maintain strong engagement and serve as the business-facing lead with Operations teams, business and other stakeholders.
Risk Management
• Ensure no material finding/exception raised by Group audit, SBV inspection, assurance review to the department.
• Ensure all team’s works are completed in a timely manner.
Governance
• Work with business and functions to build coherent cross-functional support for improving end-to-end operating environment, including driving process/productivities improvement through automation initiatives.
• Facilitate building and continuously strengthening a culture of risk awareness and proactive resolution to in T&O
Regulatory & Business Conduct
• Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
• Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
• Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

Qualifications
• Graduated University. Major in Technology/ Banking and Finance is preferable.
• Communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
• Knowledge about banking products and local regulations.
