Job Summary
The Head for Community & Partnerships (Singapore) leads an integrated team spanning sponsorships and community initiatives to unlock synergies, maximise impact and deliver strong business and brand outcomes for the Bank in Singapore.
The role is responsible for setting and executing a cohesive strategy that connects brand, business, community impact and partnerships – while cultivating a positive, inclusive and high performance culture aligned with the Bank’s purpose and values.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy
• Define and execute an integrated Sponsorships & Community strategy for Singapore that’s aligned to the global strategy, deriving a singular yet coherent sponsorships, community investment and brand objectives agenda.
• Identify opportunities to unlock cross pollination across traditionally separate domains (e.g. sponsorships, philanthropy, employee engagement, business priorities).
Business
• Lead and oversee key anchor sponsorships and community impact partnerships in Singapore, ensuring strong brand leverage, stakeholder engagement and measurable ROI.
• Direct community initiatives and partnerships that align social impact objectives with business, talent and brand priorities.
• Partner closely with senior business and functional leaders to embed sponsorship and community strategies into broader market priorities.

• Ensure disciplined planning, execution and evaluation across sponsorships and community programmes.
• Drive performance tracking, impact measurement and reporting (brand, business and community outcomes).
People & Talent
• Build, lead and develop a cohesive, multi disciplinary team across sponsorship and community impact.
• Foster a high performance, agile and inclusive culture, creating growth opportunities and developing future leaders.
Risk Management
• Ensure all sponsorships, donations, partnerships and community initiatives comply with Group risk, as well as Sponsorship & Donation operational risk standards.
Governance
• Provide leadership and oversight on governance matters relating to sponsorships, donations, fundraising and partnerships.
• Partner with CABM governance and standards owners to embed consistent application of Group policies and controls.

Our Ideal Candidate
• 15+ years of experience across
O Brand and marketing
O Partnerships and sponsorships
O Corporate social responsibility and communications
O Business development (advantage)
• Preferably from the banking / financial services industry, with exposure to international or regional contexts.
Education Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing or related discipline (required).
