Job Description: 

Job Summary

This role will be responsible for leading the Transaction Banking Implementation and Cash Client Service franchise in Pakistan, overseeing the end-to-end client journey from onboarding and implementation through to ongoing service delivery and relationship management. The incumbent will drive client experience, revenue realization, operational excellence, and digital transformation initiatives while collaborating with Product, Sales, Technology, and Operations teams to deliver seamless client solutions and support the bank's growth agenda.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Transaction Banking Implementation and Cash Client Service function in Pakistan, ensuring a seamless and differentiated client experience across the client lifecycle.
  • Drive successful onboarding, implementation, and ongoing service delivery of Cash, Payments, Trade, and other Transaction Banking solutions.
  • Build strong client relationships and act as a senior escalation point for complex implementation, servicing, and client experience matters.
  • Partner with Sales, Coverage, Product, Technology, and Operations teams to deliver integrated client solutions and accelerate revenue realization.
  • Drive operational excellence through process simplification, service improvement, capacity optimisation, and effective performance management.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives, including API, ERP, connectivity, and system integration solutions that enhance client experience and efficiency.
  • Develop and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Strengthen governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance across implementation and client service activities.
  • Drive strategic client engagement and continuous enhancement of the Bank's Transaction Banking implementation and service capabilities.

Skills and Experience

  • Extensive experience in Transaction Banking, Client Implementation, Cash Management, Payments, or Cash Client Service
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end client implementations and service delivery
  • Strong project and change-management expertise, with experience delivering large and complex assignments
  • Knowledge of APIs, ERP integration, digital solutions, and system and technology integrations
  • Strong stakeholder-management, communication, presentation, and client-relationship skills.
  • Proven experience leading and developing teams

Qualification

  • 10 years of banking, financial services, or similar industry experience, including significant Client Implementation experience.
  • PMP or another relevant Project Management certification would be advantageous
  • A strong track record of delivering large, complex, and cross-border deals
