JOB SUMMARY
- Work closely with Partners on various fronts (technology, leads volume, SME product display on partners’ platform, contracts T&C, monthly fee payment, partners’ profile on various platforms such as Redux, SCBuy)
- Manage validity of related policies, processes & DOIs, partners risk assessments profile and make sure all profiles & documents are timely renewed.
- To stay on top of portfolio shape and ensure balances growth is in line with approved thresholds
- Work closely with relevant stakeholders (FRM, CI, CRM, Legal, Compliance, CDD, etc.) and proactively propose process enhancement to ensure the digitalization journey is constantly improved.
- Work closely with Digital Partnership Sales Lead/ DPS to ensure timely delivery of assigned budgets or adoption of various processes/ procedures.
- Work closely with other SME Product Managers to ensure consistent implementations of same products into Digital Partnership
- Work closely with Group OBP Hive & local CTM, Project teams to timely deliver digitalized agendas agreed from time to time
- Have an overview of Digital Partnership’s performance from assets & liabilities balances, portfolio’s NIM, products & processes, end-to-end TAT, collections process of DPD cases
- Take actions on tasks allocated by Line Manager from time to time
RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy
- To work towards team’s delivery of Digital Partnership financial target by timely delivery of agreed initiatives to enhance sales conversion rate & better process efficiency
- To stay on top of portfolio shape and ensure balances growth is in line with approved thresholds
- To have thorough understanding of customer needs over digital loans and design proposition.
- To work with partners and agree on growth strategy of digital loans, implement and execute
- Collaborate and build effective partnerships with DPS, DPS Lead, SME team leaders, as well as colleagues in CDD team, CI team and partners in risk, compliance, other support functions, and product
Business
- Avail relevant reports to DPS Lead, Product Lead, SME Head for timely review of business performance
- Able to represent Business in weekly deal calls with CI/ CRM to ensure programmed lending approach in credit underwriting & move cases which are relatively more complicated than standard cases
- Regularly feedback to Line Manager/ Segment Head and peers on new and anticipated financial and service needs and recommend appropriate improvements to processes on new products
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in client engagement, internal stakeholder management and other business conduct
- Drive continuous improvement of the operational efficiency and effectiveness of processes to increase the consistency of systems and processes.
- Support the framework for effective management of operational risks across the Business and compliance with applicable internal policies, and external laws and regulations at a global level.
- Support the execution of Business strategy in a safe and well-controlled manner and on an end-to-end basis – incorporating infrastructure requirements and ensuring that they are fit-for-growth.

Qualifications
Qualification
- University Graduate
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in serving business/commercial/corporate clients. Experience in servicing international businesses under the cross-border context is a plus
- Excellent financial analysis skills and ability to assess client creditworthiness and key risk considerations / mitigations
- Sound product knowledge on trade, cash, lending and FX and strong understanding of local industries, supply/value chains and market environment
- Dedicated and committed team player with ability to work independently
- Knowledge of operational procedures, documentation requirements, banking practices and regulations related to business and commercial banking
- Firm in all business guidelines and compliance issues
- Sound knowledge of financial markets and investment products
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
