JOB SUMMARY

  • Build and maintain relationships with high-profile partners to generate potential Priority leads 
  • Manage programs, activities with corporate partners and work closely with Segment to support New-to-bank Priority acquisition activities

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Tie up with partners to generate collaboration programs and events. 
  • Driving sourcing and conversion from leads 
  • Driving RM productivity and KPI's
  •  Driving acquisition volumes for Priority Banking
  • Work with Product teams and Marketing to ensure teams have the right sales kit, presentation and communication tools
  • Responsible to manage service camps and corporate related service complaints and support
  • Responsible for tracking and evaluate the performance of partnership activities. 
  • Plan and control the budget spending for acquisition events and activities.

Strategy

  • Awareness and understanding of the Group’s business strategy and model appropriate to the role.  Understanding and awareness of the CPBB Priority Banking strategy in Vietnam appropriate to the role 

Business

  • Awareness and understanding of the wider business, economic and market environment in which the business operates. Understanding and awareness of the Vietnam market and ability to identify and approach the partners with the right profile to generate leads for priority clients. 

People & Talent

  • Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values in their work. 

Risk Management

  • Ability to identify and manage risks in the partnership process including but not limited to relevant regulations and group policies on Gifts&Entertainment, Anti-bribery and corruption, referrals management, etc

Governance

  • Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework, in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role.

  • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct. 
  • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank.
