Job Summary

  • Support the day-to-day management and fulfilment of the segment proposition and campaigns
  • Provide periodic portfolio review and analyses on the priority portfolio, and specific campaigns with actionable insights
  • Support Priority client communications as per strategy, working with WRB marketing and DB team

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Campaign fulfilment and governance 
  • CVP fulfilment  
  • RM productivity reviews and analysis
  • Portfolio review and performance analysis
  • Deliver portfolio insights to support management decisionmaking
  • Client communication template ideation, creation and review.
  • Client communication scheduling and fulfillment

Strategy

  • Awareness and understanding of the Group’s business strategy and model appropriate to the role.  Understanding and awareness of the WRB Priority Banking strategy in Vietnam appropriate to the role 

Business

  • Awareness and understanding of the wider business, economic and market environment in which the business operates. Understanding and awareness of the Vietnam and global Affluent Banking. Ability to analyse and report the Priority portfolio demographic and financial position.

 

People & Talent

  • Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values in their work. 

Risk Management

  • Ability to identify and manage risks in the segment management and campaign management processes including but not limited to relevant regulations and group policies on Gifts&Entertainment, Anti-bribery and corruption, referrals management, personal data and privacy etc

Governance

  • Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework, in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role.
