JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our dynamic WRB data team. The successful candidate will be responsible for MIS report, analysing sales data, performance calculation and actionable insights to drive sales performance. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data analysis tools, and understanding of sales processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy
•    Responsible for providing accurate and decision supportive information management, data management process, performance calculation & analytics support to business stakeholders.

Business
•    Ensure timely generation of business supportive MIS and sales performance at different frequencies across the WRB products.
•    Improve the information management to effective, efficient, and accurate delivery for quantitative and qualitative data for analysis.
•    Work on automation process of generating standard reports with flexibility to enhance and upgrade based on business requirements.
•    Compile user requirements on MIS requests and conduct feasibility study on initiatives for implementations.

Processes
•    Collect, analyse, and interpret business data from various sources.
•    Ensure the data base management process for all MI & Analytics generation. Building data marts at product and customer level. Consolidating the databases across systems and reconciliations.
•    Be compliant with data security and customer information management standards as well as group policies.

People & Talent
Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values. Set appropriate tone and expectations from team and work in collaboration with stakeholders and control partners.

Risk Management
Understand, process, and comply to the Group and Country Controls that are relevant to the role.

Governance
Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework, in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role.

•    Embed Here for good and Group’s brand and values in WRB team; Perform other responsibilities assigned under Group, Country, Business or Functional policies and procedures; Multiple functions (double hats);

Other requirements
•    At least 2 years of experience in data and business analyst position.
•    Hands on experience in programming language such as Python, or SAS, SQL. Python is a must with good understanding of relational database.
•    Critical thinking and business acumen.
