KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Support CTOO, Head of Technology in outlining strategy for Technology and TTO for risk and governance perspective
  • Follow local regulations and Group Technology and Group TTO process universe processes along with associated risks & controls
  • Fulfil the role of as SME/RFO for all regulations/regulatory obligations under related to technology that have been assigned and tagged to Technology as SME/RFO, in line with Standard for Managing Regulation and Obligations (eg maintaining the Obligation Register of all regulations under Technology RFO, cascading, working with first line to perform gap analysis, proposing controls, resolving the challenges)
  • Support the country roll-out and embedding of Enterprise Risk Management Framework and the relevant Principal Risk Type Framework in Vietnam
  • Support CTOO and Technology to drive and lay the foundation in country as SME for technology risk sub type through consistence governance framework (i.e. ERMF, OTRTF, Technology risk metrics)
  • Maintain oversight of technology risk and incidents 
  • Support relevant 1LOD and 2LOD in implementing risk management practices and providing oversight for various technology sub-areas such as service stability, compliance/ regulatory, obsolescence, thematic/emerging risk, vulnerability, technology risks related to third party.
  • Identify, assess, and monitor technology risks in accordance with O&T RTF, MAS TRMG, and local regulations.
  • Support Process Owner/Risk Owner in fulfilling regulatory reporting obligations in timely manner, complete administrative actions in Compliance systems accordingly, and maintain the tracker of regulatory obligations to serve annual attestation as well as monitor the implementation.
  • Support other TTO related governance and central support tasks as assigned by Line Manager

  • Embed Here for good and Group’s brand and values in the ASA TTO team,
  • Perform other responsibilities assigned under Group, Region, Country, Business or Functional policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for building a culture of good conduct.

Qualification

 

  • Good level of understanding of banking operations / technology, regulatory requirements such as SBV Technology Risk Management and operational risks and controls
  • Compliance, Audit and/or Operational Risk background
  • High degree of independence, responsibility and integrity
  • Excellent communication capability – good command of verbal and written English
  • Ability to work within a multi-function, multi-discipline team environment with strong influencing and stakeholder management skills

 

Location: Open for both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh
