JOB SUMMARY

Follow Integrated Services business services activities processes and procedures to ensure that they are compliant with all current regulation and effective for all retail banking products.

RESPONSIBILITIES

•    Money Mules Actions about regulatory reporting and customer contact , tracking for MMA related tracking. And WRB Operations digital process project / MMA related projects handle. 
•    Regulatory Services business services for watched listed handle and monitor, Regulatory Report evaluation and submitted, official letter operating process , FATCA & CRS , and monitor JCIC transaction reporting from pain bank. 
•    Apply reconciliation operational processes that support the delivery of solutions to the retail banking clients in a timely and efficient manner.
•    Implement reconciliation processes and procedures to ensure that they are compliant with all current regulation and effective for all retail banking products.
•    Report information regarding the timeliness, productivity, and efficiency of operational processes to line managers to create insight into reconciliation process improvements.
•    Apply reconciliation operational improvements to minimise cost and increase efficiency while maintaining a process that is complaint with local regulation and conduct.
•    Assist in create WRB Ops project and initiatives not only reconciliation tasks.  e.g Less is More , productivity improvement , cross function learning 
•    Support WRB Ops cross team business function
•    Maintain personal productivity and efficiency to meet team goal.
•    Implement Regulatory Services operational improvements to minimise cost and increase efficiency while maintaining a process that is complaint with local regulation and conduct.
