財富管理交易作業專員 (專案管理 Projects and Lending )
RESPONSIBILITIES
- 負責專案管理相關工作,包括制定專案計畫、進度追蹤及資源分配。
- 投資質押貸款服務及金融資產組合融資服務相關作業,確保這些服務的順利運行和合規性。
- 具備會計基本知識,協助處理會計報表及數據分析。
- 支援財富管理作業部門的其他後勤和行政相關事務。
- 負責證券後段交割的相關作業,確保交易準確無誤。
- 與內部各部門及外部合作夥伴(如香港保銀)進行有效溝通,促進資訊流通。
- 主導彙整專案進度,定期提供工作進度報告,協調各部門資源,以確保專案順利推進。
- 管理和推動投資質押貸款及金融資產組合融資服務,確保操作的合規性和效率。
- 撰寫並檢查相關財務及作業報告,確保資訊準確性。
- 與會計部門協調,協助處理財務審核及合規要求。
- 負責日常的文件管理及記錄,維護客戶資料的準確性與安全性。
- 執行並監控證券交割流程,保證及時、正確的交易完成。

Qualification
- 具備金融、會計或相關領域的學士或以上之學位。
- 具備專案管理技能,能夠有效規劃、執行及監控專案進度。
- 熟悉證券交割流程及相關政策法規,具有實務經驗者佳。
- 優秀的英文溝通能力,能夠流利使用英文進行書寫與口頭交流。
- 持有金融或會計相關專業證照(如 信託/證券/衍生性/內控)者優先考慮。
