財富管理交易作業專員 :

1. 負責專案管理相關工作，包括制定專案計畫、進度追蹤及資源分配。
2. 負責證券後段交割的相關作業，確保交易準確無誤。
3. 具備會計基本知識，協助處理會計報表及數據分析。
4. 與內部各部門及外部合作夥伴（如香港保銀）進行有效溝通，促進資訊流通。
5. 支援財富管理作業部門的其他後勤和行政相關事務。

• Embed Here for good and Group’s brand and values in  [Taiwan / TTO / WMCOO / WMO ]; Perform other responsibilities assigned under Group, Country, Business or Functional policies and procedures; Multiple functions (double hats); [1.確認所有的訊息都可有效傳達、溝通；工作如期完成、品質符合要求, 2.確認會計帳務都能正確作帳、符合法規規定, 3.做好內部溝通、減少不必要的成本浪費；提升工作效率, 4.確保交易正確、即時完成並傳送給相關單位, 5.確認所負責業務的經辦都能配合給予的例行性工作, 6. 做為其他同事之職務代理人 ]

Our Ideal Candidate

• 具備金融、會計或相關領域的學士學位。
• 具備專案管理技能，能夠有效規劃、執行及監控專案進度。
• 熟悉證券交割流程及相關政策法規，具有實務經驗者佳。
• 優秀的英文溝通能力，能夠流利使用英文進行書寫與口頭交流。
• 持有金融或會計相關專業證照（如 信託/證券/衍生性/內控）者優先考慮。
