財富管理交易作業專員 

  1. 負責證券後段交割、金融資產組合融資、保費融資流程的相關作業,確保交易準確無誤。
  1. 具備會計基本知識,協助處理會計報表及數據分析。
  1. 與內部各部門及外部合作夥伴進行有效溝通,促進資訊流通。
  1. 支援財富管理作業部門的其他後勤和行政相關事務。

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy
1. Aligned with the Group’s standard and requirements, comply with the procedure and group policy
2. Process improvement and simplification to shorten TAT, reduce the operation risk and cost.  

Business
Cooperate with WM for AM2.0 business development.

Processes
1.    Collateral and Loan Management:
•    Handle loan-related collateral operations, ensuring the legality and value assessment of the collateral.
•    Monitor the market value changes of loan assets, conduct regular mark-to-market (MTM) assessments.
2.    Follow-up and Management:
•    Establish and maintain customer files, regularly follow up on loan progress.
•    Assist in formulating appropriate risk response measures for overdue or default situations.
3.    Document Review and Compliance:
•    Review loan-related documents to ensure all documents comply with internal and external regulatory requirements.
•    Strictly adhere to Delegation of Authority (DOA), internal control processes, and policies of the Group, SCBTW, and local regulations.
4.    System Operation and Maintenance:
•    Operate and maintain the loan management system to ensure data accuracy and system stability.
•    Assist in system upgrades and testing to ensure the effective implementation of new features and improvements.

5.    Process Execution and Improvement:
•    Execute operational processes to ensure quality and meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements.
•    Continuously improve processes to reduce operational risks and costs, and participate in various projects to enhance process efficiency.
6.    Customer Communication and Complaint Handling:
•    Handle inquiries from frontline departments and customer complaints, providing timely and effective solutions.

Risk Management
1.To ensure the KCSA execution on schedule without overdue.
2.Escalate to LM and BRM once OR issues and losses have been identified. 
3.To keep and maintain the record appropriate for audit trail.
4.To maintain and investigate the DOI and Memo

Governance
1. To comply with the Group’s value behaviour and code of conduct. 
2. To familiar and comply with all regulations, laws and group standard. 
3. To complete all required training without overdue.

Key Stakeholders

•    Fund houses/ issuer bank/ broker/ custodian bank/ Printing vendor/ OTC/ TDCC.. etc

  1. 撰寫並檢查相關財務及作業報告,確保資訊準確性。
  1. 與會計部門協調,協助處理財務審核及合規要求。
  1. 負責日常的文件管理及紀錄,維護客戶資料的準確性與安全性。

Qualifications

•    Bachelor's degree or above in finance, economics, or related fields.
•    Over 3 years of experience in loan operations within financial institutions, familiar with high net worth client services.
•    Excellent communication skills and customer service awareness. 基本的英文溝通能力,能夠使用英文進行書寫與閱讀。

•    Experience in financial system operation and maintenance is preferre 熟悉證券交割流程、金融資產組合融資、保費融資流程及相關政策法規,具有實務經驗者佳。

•    持有金融或會計相關專業證照(如 信託/證券/衍生性/內控)者優先考慮。
