  1. 負責專案管理相關工作,包括制定專案計畫、進度追蹤及資源分配。
  2. 具備會計基本知識,協助處理會計報表及數據分析。
  3. 與內部各部門及外部合作夥伴進行有效溝通,促進資訊流通。
  4. 支援財富管理作業部門的其他後勤和行政相關事務。

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy

  • 配合集團業務的發展及要求,與Manager共同制定作業流程及規範,以符合集團業務的發展。
  • 配合Manager指示,持續流程改善,降低作業成本。

Business

  • 配合WM業務的發展及要求,制定作業流程及規範,以符合WM業務發展的期待。

Processes

  • 確認/覆核經辦執行財富管理作業都有在時間內完成且內容正確。
  • 確認各項管理性報表。
  • 熟悉並遵循DOA、內部控制及銀行相關規範(包括但不限於集團作業準則及規範)。
  • 審核部門作業流程並協助Clerk修改DOI以符合內、外部法令。
  • 持續流程改善,降低作業成本;提升作業效能、作業品質等專案。
  • 確保處理的會計交易、分錄都已正確記入會計帳務。
  • 處理客戶詢問、抱怨、客訴事宜。
  • RP應負責地球系統Job Family名單維護。

  • 了解和確保遵守所有適用的法律和集團準則。
  • 確保都有完成所需的教育訓練。

  • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct. 
  • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
  • Lead the [ Taiwan / TTO / WMCOO / WMO ] to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank’s Conduct Principles

Our Ideal Candidate

  1. 具備金融、會計或相關領域的學士學位。
  2. 具備專案管理技能,能夠有效規劃、執行及監控專案進度。
  3. 英文溝通能力,能夠流利使用英文進行書寫與口頭交流。
  4. 持有金融或會計相關專業證照(如 信託/證券/衍生性/內/保險者優先考慮。
