Job Description: 

Job Summary

•    Manage the team to meet Group policy/regular & the rule of Audit 
•    As a Coordinator from team to team.
•    Assist team members to improve their job skill (ex. Provide job experience to team member or setup OJT let team member learn from each other).
•    Manage lots of production inquiries from users and Group.
•    Manage production privilege IDs
•    Review related Audit data or reports(ex. OneVault/OneCert/CTMS report/RPS report)

Strategy
•    Develop key performance metrics and implement monitoring system to measure and report on status and security of regional infrastructure.
•    Lead and provide technical and strategic direction to team members for delivering secure end-to-end infrastructure solutions
•    Opportunity to take on unique challenges and collaborate with stakeholders and internal project teams -applying strategic thinking and guiding team members on optimal use cases across the different platform.

Business
•    Review PID/Tandem operation log in OneVault / RPS 
•    Coordinate stakeholder to discuss the mass error to find the root cause / scope of influence / preventive measures.
•    Review and discuss with developer for the Incident-to-Change cases to clarify the root cause and whether is caused by Change.
•    Allocate human resource for Change/DR drill/specific supports for any PSS support needed.
•    To Communicate and coordinate with team members to improve technical service and users’ satisfaction.
•    Making opportunity with team members to show their talents

Key Responsibilities

Processes
•    Understand and articulate the existing features for all systems of Taiwan. 
•    Ensure adherence to all internal/regulatory policies & regulations
•    To control human resource in order to production systems are statable everyday 
•    To discuss with stakeholders when there are financial issue/customer impacted and provide mass error report to CE if the number of impacted clients is over 100 clients.
•    To take action and reply the email that need support from PSS.

•    Lead through example and operate with the appropriate culture and values. 
•    Ability to work with cross functional teams across business and technology.
•    Strong stakeholder management skills in handling wide ranging and group support teams across segments/product areas.

Risk Management
•    Ensure data-confidentiality is maintained.
•    Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

Governance
•    Ensure compliance with relevant operational and people risk controls, and employment legislation
•    Escalate any issues and risks, as appropriate so that they can be appropriately tracked and managed

Qualifications

•    Any technical skill certifications will be added advantage and additional merits.
•    Fluent English skills preferable; TOEIC qualifications will carry additional merits.
•    MS SQL skills is a must.
•    Good teamwork collaboration.
•    Good inter-personal and communication skill.
•    Open to change and ability manage change of environments, situations, work styles.
•    Confident in sharing knowledge or personal view and being transparent.
