JOB SUMMARY

This candidate will play important role/resources for TW SD ( system development) team, supporting more critical applications mentioned below.
These An'yst of Development supports the below tasks for those systems.

GAI in Charge - 19669 SA Gateway, and 34490 Mobile Banking System.

•    Application enhancement of BAU requirements and Project changes.
•    2nd line production incident resolved.
•    2 times for DR exercise
•    UVT for patch update or OS upgrade.
•    Vulnerability risks resolved support.
•    Audit request ."
•    PEGA support.
•    Code secure review, twice a year.
•    9.Support the Financial Examination Bureau (FEB) review and take related actions if any finding revealed. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy Awareness and understanding of the Mobile App strategy and model appropriate to the role.

Business Develop and maintain mobile app to support business needs

Processes Responsible for executing and supervising the development process.

People & Talent 
•    Lead through example and build the appropriate mobile app. Work in collaboration with risk and control partners.
•    Ensure the provision of ongoing training and development of mobile app and ensure that users and customers are satisfied with the functionality.
•    Employ, engage and retain high quality mobile app, with succession planning for critical updates.
•    Responsibility to review security/regulatory plans.
•    Set and monitor mechanism for the performance and satisfaction from users and customers.
Risk Management The ability to interpret the Group's technology information, identify key issues based on this information and put in place appropriate controls and measures.

•    Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct. 
•    Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank.
