Key Responsibilities

Strategy
•    Awareness and understanding of the App strategy and model appropriate to the role.

Business
•    Develop and maintain local applications to support business needs

Processes
•    Develop and maintain Tandem Mainframe applications using COBOL programming and Mainframe frameworks
•    Batch processing and Job scheduling tools 
•    Windows interface scripting for file transfers
•    Knowledge of CI/CD(Azure DevOps)
•    Familiar with MSSQL
•    RESTful API integration( JSON, SOAP)
•    Development experience than 3 years
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•    Excellent teamwork and communication abilities

People & Talent
•    Lead through example and build the appropriate application. Work in collaboration with risk and control partners.
•    Ensure the provision of ongoing training and development of mainframe app and ensure that users and customers are satisfied with the functionality.
•    Employ, engage and retain high quality development, with succession planning for critical updates.
•    Responsibility to review security/regulatory plans.
•    Set and monitor mechanism for the performance and satisfaction from users and customers.

Risk Management
•    The ability to interpret the Group's technology information, identify key issues based on this information and put in place appropriate controls and measures

Governance
•    Meet the local regulation requirement and Group ICS policy

•    Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.

Skills and Experience

•    Software Development

Qualifications

Education     Has a Bachlor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Engineering,
Training     COBOL
Languages     Nice to have good English
