Job Summary
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate and coordinate with business units to gather and clarify requirements for related systems and applications.
- Perform application system analysis and maintenance and produce documentation for all stages of the system development lifecycle (including requirements interviews, analysis and design, development, testing, and go‑live).
- Handle relevant operations and maintenance tasks and collaborate with other departments as needed.
- Ensure proper execution of system software and hardware upgrades and vulnerability patching.
- Maintain system and keep system operation normally and troubleshoot/resolve production issues.
- Be responsible for quality control across all phases of system analysis and development.
Other Requirements:
- Knowledge of banking data flows and data analysis.
- Good communication skills with end users and team members.
- Strong English communication skills; proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

• Responsible for executing and supervising the development process.

• Lead through example and build the appropriate mobile app. Work in collaboration with risk and control partners.
• Ensure the provision of ongoing training and development of mobile app and ensure that users and customers are satisfied with the functionality.
• Employ, engage and retain high quality mobile app, with succession planning for critical updates.
• Responsibility to review security/regulatory plans.
• Set and monitor mechanism for the performance and satisfaction from users and customers.
Risk Management
• The ability to interpret the Group's technology information, identify key issues based on this information and put in place appropriate controls and measures.
Regulatory & Business Conduct
• Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
• Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. Skills and Experience
• Knowledge of SQL database development, data warehouse modeling and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL BI tools, including SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, and SQL Server T SQL.
• Familiarity with Microsoft .NET, and able to develop applications using .NET C# and PowerShell.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of banking data flows and data analysis.
