Job Summary
• Drive portfolio revenue growth through New Sales Revenue (NSR) generation, liability acquisition, and product penetration across the NR client portfolio.
• Increase Assets Under Management (AUM) through insurance, investment, and wealth solutions.
• Grow deposit balances by acquiring and deepening Savings Account relationships and driving incremental deposit footings.
• Deliver sustainable portfolio growth through Net New Money (NNM) acquisition and effective client wallet share expansion.
• Acquire and retain Priority-qualified clients while improving portfolio quality and profitability.
• Strengthen customer engagement through proactive portfolio management, regular client interactions, and needs-based financial advisory.
• Ensure superior customer experience by achieving CIP and Customer Satisfaction Score (CSS) objectives.
• Maintain strong governance and risk discipline by ensuring timely completion of regulatory reviews, trigger reviews, and compliance requirements.
• Partner with product, operations, and service teams to deliver seamless client onboarding and servicing experience.
• Monitor portfolio performance against defined KPIs and execute action plans to achieve revenue, acquisition, and service targets.
• Ensure Balanced Scorecard is qualified in a consistent manner

• Drive client engagement in line with coverage model. Own client portfolio for limited defined period of time.

• Drive profitable growth of the Non-Resident (NR) portfolio through revenue generation, deposit acquisition, investment and insurance penetration, client acquisition, portfolio deepening, and disciplined risk and compliance management while delivering a superior customer experience.
