Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate the creation and maintenance of fixed income market, sector, and individual security views across global market.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the CIO Office to formulate and articulate house views on fixed income and demonstrate the quality of these views through strong investment performances.
• Support the communication of CIO Office views through high-quality written, verbal and multimedia communication channels for both internal and external audiences.
• Act as a strong advocate of CIO Office fixed income views in engagements with internal and external clients.
• Partner with key stakeholders, including relationship managers, investment advisors and product specialists to support client meetings and contribute to fixed income idea generation.
• Provide guidance, mentorship and professional support to junior team members to foster their development and growth.
• Ensure the maintenance of a high-quality governance framework underpinning the investment decision-making and view-formation process.
Our Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years of experience seasoned Fixed Income Investment Strategist with experience in credit analysis and formulating investment recommendations across corporate and sovereign bond markets.
- They possess strong macroeconomic knowledge and a proven ability to develop market views covering both Asian and developed credit markets.
- Experience from buy side and private banks preferred.
- The individual should be an effective communicator, capable of articulating investment insights to internal stakeholders and clients through written and verbal channels.
- A collaborative mindset, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to mentor junior team members are essential.
- Business communication excellence is required.
