Job Summary

 

As a Personal Assistant, you will provide exceptional executive support to our CEO, Head of Corporate & Investment Banking, and the Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) Team. This role demands efficient management of daily executive priorities, seamless operational coordination, and strengthening relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Manage complex calendars and schedules via Outlook, including internal and external meetings, events, and travel logistics
  • Organize high-profile business travel: flights, hotels, visas, transfers, and overseas visit coordination
  • Provide confidential and proactive secretarial and administrative support to the CEO, CIB Head
  • Act as platform assistance to CIB Team
  • Arrange internal and client-facing meetings, team offsites, and large-scale events end to end
  • Prepare professional correspondence, briefing documents, and PowerPoint presentations
  • Handle calls through main switchboard, prioritise requests, and liaise with senior stakeholders across departments and geographies
  • Monitor expense reports and support budget tracking

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a senior Personal or Executive Assistant, preferably in a financial institution or multinational environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations and English Language and Literature is preferred
  • Strong command of MS Office and Outlook ability to manage competing priorities under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal organizational awareness across diverse teams and cultures
  • Strong execution ability, high discipline with ability to multi-task effectively
  • Pro-active and solution-oriented work attitude, analytical, multicultural displaying awareness and sensitivity
  • Strong ability to positively influence stakeholders across value chain to both orchestrate and execute on processes and deliver exceptional service and experience
  • Ability to work independently without direct supervision, under pressure and within tight timeframes
  • Problem solver; looks for solutions and finds ways to progress despite blockages

 

 

Languages

  • Excellent command of Turkish and English (both written and verbal)
