Job Description: 

Job Summary

The Billing & Data Support Officer is responsible for supporting billing, accounts receivable reconciliation, securities data maintenance, and operational reporting within Securities Services Operations. The role works closely with internal teams, clients, and service partners to ensure invoices, payments, system data, and regulatory-related reporting are processed accurately and on time.

The Role Responsibilities

  • Prepare and dispatch monthly client invoices accurately and on schedule.Process payment vouchers and perform daily account receivable reconciliations.
  • Prepare billing reports, monthly Assets Under Custody reports, cost accruals, and other management information reports.
  • Reconcile Value Added Tax collected from clients and support timely payment through the Country Tax team.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly holding statements to clients.
  • Create and maintain securities static data in relevant systems.Update daily market prices for local securities.
  • Manage the lodgement and withdrawal of time-deposit certificates and physical securities.
  • Set up government bond bidding limits based on client instructions.Maintain public-holiday information in the system.
  • Respond to inquiries from internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Support operational assignments, improvement initiatives, and projects as required.
  • Follow applicable risk, anti-money laundering, regulatory, business-conduct, and workplace health and safety requirements

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Billing Operations, Data Support, Accounts Receivable, Securities Services Operations, or a similar operational role would be preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reconciliation, reporting, and spreadsheet management.
  • Good command of English, both written and verbal.Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A collaborative team player who can work effectively with internal teams, clients, and external service providers.
  • Demonstrates accountability, integrity, and a commitment to risk and compliance standards.
  • Eager to learn and build a career within Securities Services, Custody Operations, or Banking Operations
