The Role Responsibilities

Strategy

  • Assisting Branch Operation and Service Manager for operational and service activities in branch.
  • Ensure client get the best quality of service.
  • Ensure client’s complaint handled well as per applicable procedure.
  • Ensure all transactions processed as per applicable procedure and authority
  • Arrange the availability of cash and ensure end of day reconciliation are controlled.


Business

  • Contribute to the achievement of Branch target.
  • Contribute to the achievement of client satisfactory target rating.
  • Contribute to the achievement of branch’s satisfactory audit rating.
  • Participate in controlling and achieving target or budget set for branch’s expense.

Processes

  • Ensure reconciliation completed and submitted on time (i.e. cek/ giro, etc)
  • Ensure all instructions received from client, processed as per latest procedure to prevent client’s complaint
  • Approve and monitor daily client’s transaction through Bank’s system including payment transactions (OTT, RTGS, & SKN) as per valid procedure and authority.
  • Ensure clearing process processed as per valid procedure and authority.
  • Monitor daily activity performed by Teller, Client Service Executive, Client Service Manager to ensure that they perform as per valid procedure and authority.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Have minimum 3-5 years experience in branch operations
  • Hold a minimum bachelor degree
  • Hold certification SPPUR Level 5
