The Role Responsibilities
As Technology Project Manager you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting all aspects of project administration, including maintaining project documentation, plans and reporting systems. Ensure adherence to project management standards and procedures, tracks risks, issues, change controls, and assists in problem resolution throughout the project lifecycle and not limited to:
- Developing and maintaining effective project team communication systems.
- Producing project summary reports and coordinating the preparation of all reports.
- Defining and documenting methodology procedures.
- Assisting with other administrative responsibilities assigned.
- Coordinate all project activities. You may be responsible for scheduling regular meetings, creating and updating procedures, doing risk analyses, and ensuring that all projects meet quality standards and deliver on time and within budget. Project administrators also develop and distribute documents to internal teams, keep track of expenses and projected costs, and provide project performance updates. It is your responsibility to develop ways to ensure the team meets these objectives, potentially by breaking the project down into smaller, manageable tasks and establishing timetables and objectives.

- Bachelor's in computer science or related technical field
- A strong foundation in technology is essential, often gained through roles in software development, IT project delivery, or technical leadershi
- Familiarity with Operating System, database and web server
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills are vital for interacting with both technical and non-technical teams
