Job Summary
This role will be responsible for developing business reports and dashboards, sales channel performance scorecards, and actionable insights across Assets, Deposits and Wealth products within Wealth and Retail Banking. It will assist in Group reporting and projects, and support stakeholders with robust analysis to help shape strategy. Leveraging a software development background and strong skills in MS Access, MS SQL, MS Excel and DB2 (IBM Db2 Database), the role will partner closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality data, information and MIS (Management Information Systems) support.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop business reports and dashboards, and sales channel performance scorecards for Wealth and Retail Banking.
- Generate actionable insights across Assets, Deposits and Wealth products to support data-driven decision making.
- Prepare month-end, quarterly and annual sales performance reports for Wealth and Retail Banking.
- Support Group reporting requirements and contribute to key reporting and analytics projects.
- Build and maintain robust MIS (Management Information Systems) to inform business strategy and performance management.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective data and reporting solutions.
- Perform detailed data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy, consistency and reliability of reports and dashboards.
- Ensure adherence to data privacy, confidentiality, and internal policies in all reporting and analytics activities.
Skills and Experience
- Proficient in SQL, Java, Python, Power BI, and .NET
- Experienced with Microsoft Visual Studio.
- Business acumen

- Previous experience of developing different utilities for business
- Understanding of banking dataset
- Problem solving skills
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's Degree preferrably in Computer Sciences
