Job Summary
To ensure a successful delivery of Information Technology services to local customers for the specific business project assigned in order to achieve complete customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• To ensure a successful delivery of Information Technology services to local customers for the specific business project assigned in order to achieve complete customer satisfaction.
• To Analyse, detect, identify technical issue and provide valid RCA and remedy for the problem
• Business requirements need to be structured in SQL queries and data extraction for different units should be as per Turn Around Time.
• Maintaining overall Turn Around Time is a must requirement and escalation of any issue is required where Turn Around Time seems to exceed or will exceed
• Provide Technology analysis support for applications/data and translating user requirements for software development/data extraction teams.
• Create and interpret process maps and flowcharts.
• Responsible to assist and support Senior staff during all Applications related Regulatory and non-Regulatory audits.
• To have regular meetings with stakeholders to address/track relevant issues and Ensure that all policies and procedures are considered and well implemented.
• Responsible to ensure Data extraction for Regulatory, Central Bank/Internal and external Audits should be provided on urgent basis define as per Turn Around Times. Also ensure data governance related policies are strictly followed.
• Responsible to ensure solution provisioning and implementations of all local automations and provide support for non-channel local applications.
• Responsible to make sure that all governance / compliance related matters are taken care. Onboarding of new applications, Contract renewals etc.
• Responsible to coordinate and ensure compliance related to Third Party vendors of Application support area.
• To ensure significant problems are escalated to appropriate business level promptly and Ensure Zero escalation from stakeholders.
• Any other task assigned by the Manager.
